The course will satisfy the family arbitration training requirements to act as a Parenting Coordinator and is intended to provide family law practitioners and parenting coordinators with a basic level overview of the legislation, case law, procedural steps, ethical dilemmas and practical aspects of family law arbitration including as it relates to parenting coordination practice.
